Sand, Sound, Soul, Sunrise is an intimate soul-care experience curated to support women of all ages with nervous system reset, regulation and provide tools for moving through new seasons of life with grace.
The half-day retreat is nestled in a 28-day experience of purification, healing, restoration, clarity of intentions, and support with firmly stepping into new beginnings on Tybee Island Beach near historic Savannah, Georgia. The half-day retreat includes yoga and breathwork, sound healing, reiki, scripting class, and beach brunch (full spread). This experience gives plenty of time for rest, excursions, tours, and soul-care.
